When things feel stuck
You may be carrying anxiety, grief, relationship tension, career concerns, or a transition that has changed your sense of direction.
Meet Diana M Ferro, MSW, LCSW
Diana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should begin with your actual life—not with a preset script or a requirement to have everything figured out. She listens for what is happening now, what has shaped it, and what you would like to understand or change.
Her style is warm, collaborative, and respectful. Together, you can identify what matters most, make room for your experiences, and consider next steps that fit your values, responsibilities, and pace.
“You don't have to have all the answers before you begin.”
Areas of support
You may come in with one concern or several. These areas are starting points for a conversation, not labels you need to fit.
How we work
Diana draws from approaches that can help people build insight, practice new skills, and move toward meaningful change. Depending on your goals and clinical needs, sessions may include Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when clinically appropriate.
Therapy may also include conversation about coping skills, patterns, relationships, values, and the effects of stress or past experiences. The work is individualized; no single approach is assumed to be right for everyone.
Christian counseling can be included only when you request it. Faith integration is optional, client-directed, and never presumed. Clients of every faith background—and clients without a faith tradition—are welcome.
Bilingual & culturally responsive care
Services are available in English and Spanish. Diana offers culturally responsive support for Hispanic and Latino clients, with room for the family stories, cultural values, identity, faith, and community experiences that shape how each person understands wellbeing.
You do not have to translate the important parts of your experience into someone else's frame. Therapy can make room for the words, context, and perspective that feel most natural to you.
The first conversation is an opportunity to share what brings you in, ask questions, and consider whether the practice and approach feel like a reasonable fit. You can begin without having a complete story or a plan.
If you move forward, sessions are collaborative and shaped around your goals. Diana will discuss professional scope, scheduling, and next steps with you so you can make an informed decision about care.
All services are provided by telehealth throughout Florida. Scope, eligibility, and whether the practice is appropriate for your needs should be confirmed during scheduling.
